Return Policy

1.Return Conditions:
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original tags, accessories, and manuals.
Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as customized products, personal hygiene items, etc. Please refer to the product page for specific return instructions.
2.Return Process:
Log in to your Kuarbaa account, go to the “Order History” page, find the relevant order, and click “Request Return”.
Fill out the return request form, including the reason for return and required information.
After receiving your return request, we will provide a return authorization number and return address.
Please send the product back to the specified address and ensure the return authorization number is included.
3.Return Shipping Fees:
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged item), we will cover the return shipping fees.
If the return is for other reasons (e.g., dissatisfaction, no longer needed), you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method. If multiple payment methods were used, the refund will be issued to each payment method accordingly.
2.Refund Amount:
For products that meet the return conditions, we will refund the full purchase amount (excluding original shipping fees).
For returns due to our error, we will refund the purchase amount and original shipping fees.

Exchange Policy
